As a Sales Representative 1, you will be responsible for the functions outlined below: Essential Functions: Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures. Process retail web and finance orders Manage customer expectations pertaining to retail web transactions Assist with daily management finance orders Process Expert Voice orders Respond immediately to requests from customers for information Engage in technical discussions with customers through phone and contact form communication Participates in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity. Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1-2 years of related experience or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Great attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Teamwork and the ability to work well with others is necessary. Self-motivated; willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems and meet deadlines. Competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Word). Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Permission to Play Values. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the normal work day - extensively at trade shows, meetings, etc. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc. Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
